During the congress that we organized at İstanbul University in order to add an international perspective to recent constitutional debates which seem to remain on the agenda for a long time, many Turkish and foreign constitutional lawyers and Turkish global community discussed relevant topics. The congress lasted for 4 days and presented proceedings published into a book entitled “Book of Papers of the International Congress on Constitutional Law”.
