The second edition of the book is published by adding the Constitutional Court Bylaw containing the Individual Communication Procedure to the first edition which covers the headings such as Constitutions of 1982, 1961, 1924, 1921 and 1876, Internal Regulation of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Laws on Political Parties, Elections and Referendum, Laws of Constitutional Court and Supreme Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSYK), Constitutional Court Bylaw, Laws on the Right to Petition and Right to Information, the European Convention on Human Rights and Protocols, the Declaration of Rights of Man and the Citizen and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and the BM Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
